If you abandon the process or for some reason, the video is not generated, it'll only deduct 10% of the overall credit.

My video is stuck in processing. What should I do?

Most videos are complete in a few minutes. If it's stuck for over 15 minutes, it might not complete. You can tweak the prompt and regenerate it again. Usually it works in the second trial. If it still does not work, send us the prompt to founders@golpoai.com and we'll look into it. Please note, no credit will be deducted if video fails to create. However, if you generated a script before, 10% of the credit gets deducted for script generation.

My credits didn't update after a render or purchase.

Occasionally there's a short delay. Refresh your home page. If credits are still incorrect after 5 minutes, sign out and back in. Please contact us at founders@golpoai.com if payment is made and credit is not given.

Why is there still a watermark on my video?

Accepted Answer

Watermarks appear on the Free plan. Starter and above have no watermark by default. If you upgraded, re-generate the video to apply new plan benefits; previously exported files will still contain the watermark.

I uploaded a logo but it's not showing in the video.

Custom logo is available on Business and Enterprise. Ensure your file is PNG/JPEG (under 2 MB) and re-generate the video. You can adjust logo positioning from the editor where available. Logo is also an 'Add-on' feature for the Growth plan.

Multilingual and voice customization are included on Creator+ (or as a Starter add-on for multilingual). For the Free and starter plan (without the add-on), even if you ask in the prompt to create a video any other language, it'll still be created in English.
